Our intermediate surf coaching clinics have been running annually in January and February since 2018, and we’ve always received great feedback with many guests returning to be coached again for a second or a third time. What was once known as the “off-season” for surf charter boats that need to dry-dock to do their annual maintenance, has become known as one of the prime times to visit Macaronis Resort to score empty perfect waves and improve your surfing!

Our surf coaching clinics are designed with your surfing progress and enjoyment in mind, offered in a relaxed atmosphere, to help develop your physical and mental abilities, while having a great time! Our 2023 coaching clinics have a duration of 1 week per clinic over 8 weeks, but you can stay longer if you want to. During the coaching sessions, normally there are 8 surfers per coach to provide one on one coaching, and our accommodation is limited to one surfer per room during this period keeping a cap on surfer numbers, except in the case of surfing couples, where we can allow 2 surfers per room.

By having your own room, you get to enjoy more privacy and comfort with a choice of queen or twin beds, and you can bring along your partner, a non-surfing companion, or the whole family if you’d like to! Our family suites are also available if requiring more room, please enquire for details. Regular services, facilities, and activities are available to keep everybody stoked and having a great time with exciting things to do.
